KO Grand Prix - Qualifying

Day 2 of the event and Qualifying was starting. This year the format would be round by round, so every round counts.

This is great if you can run in every round, but for those not lucky enough to be able to run a fully waterproofed second car (in the rain), it puts a downer on the results.

Myself, Steve and Phil were in the new STCC class (Lipo/6.5 modified brushless) along with the normal, run to BRCA rules, 5-cell modified class.

Myself and Phil qualified in the D final (Phil on 5th and myself in 9th) which was about as good as I could have done, considering the field of drivers that were in modified.

Steve qualified well up into the C final, and just barely missed out on the B Final. Good work Muller man !!

Charlie had qualified dead last in pro stock with the Brokomo, and Tristan had poled the H final (also in Pro Stock).

Clive was in 2nd in the A final for Stock 27t
