What a weekend !!!

I went to Scotland to watch the Open last weekend with 3 friends.
Here's the Itinerary:

Thu: Head to a friends place where we're all meeting up

Fri (the longest day):
1:30am Leave his place and head for the airport.
6:50am flight leaves.
8:00am Drive from the airport to the 1st golf course of the trip (We have booked to play two rounds)

Sat: Go to Carnoustie to watch the open

Sun: Go to Carnoustie to watch the open

Mon: Play one round at another course before making a mad dash for the airport to come home.


A pretty tight schedule you'll agree, but couple it with the fact I had no sleep from Thursday 3:30am and you begin to get the picture :)

All in all though, it was a memorable Open this year and even more so for the four of us as we were right there in the thick of it !
